A evergreen small tree, without thorn.

Leaves are alternate, egg shaped long-oval, serrate, and sharp to the top.

White flowers open in May to June on the top of shoot or base of leaf.

Fruits are 5-8cm diameter with 9-13 segments, ripen to orange yellow.

Distribution ; Native to China, planted for edible fruits.

Many pinkish white.
